I have loved reading Kenneth Hall’s book, The Meditations of my Heart. Each week’s message is such an interesting read, not real lengthy, but also very powerful with so many good and applicable pieces within each one. He is very well-written and includes and shares so many honest experiences of marriage, family, and work and lessons gained throughout his life and especially his marriage. He is so inclusive of himself as he touches on so many different topics and throws in a sense of humor, keeping it very interesting, not preachy at all, and making the reading so relatable. I also love the Scripture passages that back up and connect to so many of the topics he covers. I feel that so many ages can benefit from and enjoy reading this book. I have been married over 40 years and gained so much from it but I also plan to give a copy to each of my married children, and it would also be a great gift to include for those starting married life.
